WordPress Can Engineer Blog Happiness!

Terrific news! WordPress engineers to the rescue of our CKJY Exports Wine & Spirits blog!

Our blog is back!

As you can see, our blogsite is once again functioning. This has been no easy task and it has taken many steps to get here.

Most importantly, our CKJY Exports Wine & Spirits blog is now hosted on WordPress.com. Our site reliability has greatly increased as has it’s functionality. Plus, there are so many new theme and widget options that are supported by WordPress. Awesome upgrade for us.

On May 1st, basic site maintenance update seems to have crashed our blog site. This resulting in not even being able to access our admin capabilities. Thankfully, with the help of the WordPress team we have moved our domain and restored our old blogposts to ckjyexports.net.

We will work to update our CKJY Exports Wine & Spirits blog to maximize our new theme and capabilities in the coming days. Our team is so very excited to have be hosted by WordPress and to know that we have help if things go awry. This is a luxurious feeling compared to our previous experiences and … we are planning on getting used to it. LOL!

HUGE SHOUTOUT to Anna, Nagesh and the team for all their help with this unexpected project. Our CKJY Exports team truly appreciates it.

The Journey of a 1,000 Steps Begins with the First One …

Born a Southern girl, I was transplanted a few times as a Navy wife! Now, our “retired” USN family, calls CA home. As UNC business school grad, I gained lots of useful insights by finding different opportunities and challenges along our military life’s path. Love of traveling, making friends, experiencing other cultures and sharing the best of all that with everyone are now all part of me.
