As the seasons change it is nice to add a few new cocktail recipes to your drink rotation for your guests and yourself, isn’t it? Our CKJY Exports Mix Master, Todd Wetzel, shares a few of his pear cocktail drink recipes for you. With all the spring celebrations we all have coming up, these may be welcome additions to your toasts.

By adding an unexpected ingredient like pears to your cocktails, you can surprise and please your drinking audience. These pear cocktail recipes are both refreshing and tasty!

The Sour Pear

2 oz St. George Pear Brandy

1 oz Lemon Juice

1 oz Simple Syrup

Egg white from 1 egg

Build this in a tin shaker. Give it a long hard shake. Double strain it into a coupe glass.

Add a few angostura bitters on top.

Serve to a friend or enjoy yourself!

Fire Pear

1 oz Mezcal

1 oz Tequila

.25 oz Benedictine

.25 oz Ginger Syrup

.75 oz Lime Juice

1 oz Pear Puree

Siracha salt for the rim of your glass.

Shake ingredients together and double strain over ice or in a coupe glass.



2 oz. Pear Vodka

.5 oz Pineapple Juice

.5 oz St Germain

Cinnamon rim for your serving glass.

Shake these ingredients together and double strain into a coupe glass.


Perhaps these pear recipes will add a bit of unexpected zest to your drink repertoire. With Mother’s Day just around the corner, maybe these would be a great addition to your celebration of mom. Or they can be a celebratory toast for your graduation celebration and toasting the accomplishment of your graduate.
